I was very confused about how it all works and she took the time to explain and go over everything to the details
With me.
She sent me an in person estimator to look at the house and estimate the cost and time of the entire move.
She explained about anything else that I may need that is not included in the moving price.
So I had a clear picture of what my move will look like and that was what I needed in order to have a peach of mind.

On the day of the move the guys arrived on time with a phone call of their ETA and this gave me some time to get my kids and dogs ready for the move.
They were quick , efficient, polite, nice, worked as a team and knew exactly what to do.
I felt comfortable and calm the entire day.
Same with arriving to the new location they worked with me and put every box in the specific room that I was asking them to and were patient with everything that we needed.
I recommend this company to anyone that is looking to move short/ long distance.
Their price is fair and you won't find better quality and professionalism like this company provides at that rate!

They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive. But they took the time and sent out an estimator. The same estimator was the lead for the actual crew so he knew exactly what to have done. That made us feel even more confident. The owner was lovely. We had many questions , concerns and they cleared it all up before they started the process. Other companies wanted to zoom with us to see what we had. This guy went over all the details so there were no surprises for us nor them. This is the way to do business ! They went above and beyond and they completed the scope of work under the amount of time they said they would. Everything was accounted for. The crew was nice , easy to communicate and again , we felt they over delivered ! I will only use this company. And yes , we checked many others and we also used other companies. Nothing compares.

Then I called and spoke to Gili who was very consultative. Other companies had me refer to their website for quotes and i wanted a live person to talk to. Gili and i did a quick Face Time call so she could see what type of furniture and that way she was able to tell me how many trips it would take and give me a more fine tuned quote which was awesome. I am guessing this lady is experienced because she was pretty much right on track with how long it would take.
As for the crew, Walter the lead mover was very helpful and all 4 guys were nice. Nice isn't important though, Fast and Careful... now those are key factors. These guys were FAST!!! which was good for my low bill. I thought it would be twice as much than what the bill came to.

I was so impressed i actually texted Gili at the end of the move to say thank you for a great moving experience. Let's face it, moving Sucks!!! and if / when i have to do it again i am calling this company again.

Lastly i was really worried about a big office desk that a specialty moving company delivered when it was new. They were going to charge me $500 just to move my desk to our new home. When Gili saw the desk during our Face Time consultation she said don't worry, her crew can do it no problem; and indeed they did! They moved my desk and our 4 bedroom house plus a storage unit for less than $1,000 and that included a tip that i was glad to give!!!!

Hippo provided extra boxes, helped pack and assemble everything, and took extra care to ensure no walls or furniture was damaged during the move. Pricing was very fair and they always confirmed before charging or taking something to the truck.

Would definitely use Hippo again!
